HISTORY

1994-1999

The founder of the company, Mr. Ren Shixin, (an engineer majored in tooling) started the casting business with a state-owned company allowed for exporting trade in China.

In1999, He entered the automotive OEM industry in Germany market, which is the first milestone of the company's business development.

2000

The company Golden-Ring Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in Feb., 2000.
Sales, Engineering,QC team borned at that time.
Company starts to serve JOST.

2003

The ERP system was established for our sales department. Two months thereafter, we entered locomotive industry via collaborative team work during SARS period, and successfully assisted our customers from the part design, process selection, trail sample, lot production to door to door JIT air delivery of 100 tons. Company starts to serve ZF by investment castings.

Those were the second milestone of the company's development, as well as a significant turning point from OEM to ODM.

2004

The company was certificated by TUV for ISO9001: 2000.

2006

ERP system was upgrated.

The business flow was established, and the quality management became effective.

Those became the third milestone in the development history of the company.

2007

The product data management(PDM) was implemented in the engineering department.

The company was honored as one of  most expansive private companies in Qingdao.

2008

Our ISO9001: 2008 Quality System was once again certified and approved by TUV.

2009

The ERP system was improved based on BOM, MRP philosophy.

2010

The CNC machining center was established, equipment sourced from MAZAK & OKUMA. 

QC center was upgraded by CMM and OBLF spectrometer GS1000 (Fe+Al).

The company starts to serve Atlas.

2014

The company invested about 7 million dollars in rebuilding a new plant squared 33000m2 in Qingdao laixi city.

3 main production process Investment casing, CNC machining and Welding included.

Modern equipment facilities adopted in the new foundry, wax injection machine, automation shell room with Kuka robots, constant temperature&humidity system, natural gaz baking tunnel, 500kgs electrical furnace, deduster from Donaldson...

The designed production capacity is 1500 tons for 1st stage, and 3000 tons for 2nd stage.

2015

The company was certified as high & new tech enterprises.

The newly equipped foundry will be put on production in the end of May, 2015.

At the same time, our quality managment system has updated from ISO9001 to ISO/TS 16949:2009, which is more specilized with manufacture process to guarantee good quality.

Moreover, we aim to earn ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification in 2016.
