There are 13 years we work in OEM&ODM metal parts export area, and 13 years in forging OEM&ODM industry in German market. Automotive chasis systom is the main area we are working for steel forging parts in since 1999.

Our experience mostly accumulate in production process and in knowledge of different materials, therefore we often assist customer to do optimizing job during product design or cost reduction.

For example, some part can be changed from multi part welding version to unique part casting version, some parts may vary from steel parts to iron parts for usage and cost purpose; and some of them have to be available both on casting version and on forging version due to production capacity expanding needs, while on some part we need to modify a little chemical composition to increase mechanical property….

CNC machining facilities we have in house, and most of equipments are Japan origin, MAZAK, OKUMA, so pre-machining, even final machining if you want should be no problem.

For the big quantity project in long term, the Q.A. system and QC facilities are the key point to maintain a good consistence. Cpk apability, control plan, and strict process rules are the foundation of that. Furthermore, for raw parts, microstructure, hardness, coating, surface, MT testing, spectrometer (mainly used for steel and al) most of the equipment bought from German.
