One of the main process of  our company is investment casting, which include three types as following:

1 Japanese process investment casting: tolerance is ISO8062 CT5-CT7.

2 Chinese process investment casting : tolerance is ISO8062 CT9.

3 Mixed process investment casting : tolerance is ISO8062 CT7-CT9.

In 2011, the company invested about RMB 50 million in building a new precision casting workshop in Laixi, Qingdao. The workshop covers an area of 33,000 square meters. The project is listed as the major project of Laixi.

The workshop is equipped with the full-automatic production line whose designed production capacity is 4000 tons per year. The raw casting technique is composite precision casting technique (the composition of silica sol and sodium silicate). The technique can increase the surface accuracy of castings and save production cost. The production materials include carbon steels, alloy steels (20Mn5, 34CrMo, etc.) and stainless steels. The raw casting technique can meet the normal casting tolerance standards of ISO8062 CT7-CT9. The weight of every casting ranges from 0.1kg to 50kg.

This newly equipped workshop will be put on production in 2013.

Moreover, we aim to earn TS16949 and ISO14001 Quality Management System Certification in 2014.
