How Much Do You Know About Forging and Rolling

When it comes to the forging and rolling, they are two of popular industrial crafts, which are widely applied to manufacturing and processing fields. Maybe, some of you are still confused about the relation and difference of them. Then, the following paragraphs will give comprehensive introduction on them.
 
First and foremost, the Stem cam and rolling process are different in their definitions. In fact, the forging technology is the combination of forging and stamping, which is based on hammer, anvil, punch and die of forging machinery to exert pressure on blanks so as to reach the purpose of plastic deformation. After being processed through the hot forging, the loose ingot casting becomes compact and seaming. What is more, the overall performance forged piece will be largely enhanced. Comparatively speaking, the machinery performance of forged piece is much better than that of rolled pieces.
 
The development tendency of them can be summarized into three aspects. First of all, the inherent quality of both forged piece and rolled piece should be improved. Then, the forging technique and rolling technique also need to be advanced based on science and technology. Thirdly, more advanced equipment and production line still need special attention. On one hand, the production efficiency can be boosted. On the other hand, a large quantity of manpower and material resources can be saved.
