Forging is the process that can change the size and configuration of the heated metal through mechanical pressure, such asForging parts supplier and metal forging. Some risk factors exist in the forging process, such as high temperature, radiant heat, smoke, noise and so on. With a little carelessness, we may have some accidents like scalding, hurt by mechanical tool and fire disaster. So workers who are operating in this environment should pay attention to their own safety. There are 10 rules of safety regulation for operation.
 
1.   Before working, please put on work clothes and heatproof shoes, wear hard hats and safety goggles. The clothes must cover your body to prevent scalding.
 
2.   Check all the equipment and mould. For example, you should check whether the mechanical instruments are normal. And check the ventilation facilities to prevent fan blade from falling.
 
3.   “Warm up” the AL shell moulding. When the equipment is cold, the metal may crack.
 
4.   Don't touch the work parts without gloves. The temperature of work parts is too high.
 
5.   The workers should check the metal forging safety gear regularly when the equipment is working. Many accidents may happen every now and then.
 
6.   Don't put combustible and explosive goods near the heating furnace or Forging parts. It may cause fire disaster.
 
7.   Except operators, unauthorized person is not allowed to view in short distance. For example, when the equipment is operating, the workpiece may fly off to hurt other people.
 
8.   Workpiece and tools should not be placed near the Foot Retainer or walk way. We should keep the road clear.
 
9.   The workpiece should be placed steadily in the designated location and pile up too high. We should prevent the working parts from collapsing.
 
10. After work, please close the hydraulic device and air pressure device. Switch off electrical power and clean up.
 
Apart from the rules, the work is in great need of people with professional skill at present. They should know some knowledge about maintenance. An operator who is skillful can lower the risks and increase the efficiency. So the operator must obey the safety regulation. And they must be trained and have a text before working.
